RETURN POLICY

At Beto’s Mexican Restaurant, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied with your retail items like T-shirts, caps, or other branded gear, we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging or with original tags attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

  • Sale or clearance items, and gift cards, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.Refunds

  • Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • For online purchases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Email info@eatatbetos.com or call (972) 264-9898 with your order details and photos (if applicable).

  3. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including applicable shipping costs.

Items purchased in person may be returned directly at Beto’s Mexican Restaurant, located at 2530 W. Interstate 20, Grand Prairie, TX 75052, during normal business hours with the original receipt.
