Here at Beto's Mexican Restaurant in Grand Prairie, we're not just colleagues – we're family. And this week, our hearts are both proud and a little heavy as we send three of our beloved team members off to start their college journeys.

Our College-Bound Stars ⭐

Lanayah is heading north to the University of North Texas in Denton, where she'll be trading our kitchen heat for textbook cramming. We still remember her first day – nervous about taking orders, and now look at her! She could run our front of house with her eyes closed.

Alyssa chose Texas Woman's University, also in Denton, and we couldn't be more excited for her next chapter. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our Grand Prairie customers made every guest feel like family. TWU is lucky to have her!

And then there's Tripp – our creative soul who's venturing all the way to an arts college in Ohio. Talk about following your dreams! His artistic eye helped us with everything from social media posts to making our daily specials look Instagram-worthy.
