Beto’s® Reward Points Official Rules & Conditions

1. Beto’s® Reward Points are available on qualifying purchases at participating Beto’s® restaurants. You must present your Beto’s® Reward Points card at the time of purchase to receive Beto’s® Reward Points.

2. No purchase is necessary to get a Beto’s® Reward Points card, however you can only have one active card at a time. Lost or stolen cards are replaceable. To get our great little card, you must complete an enrollment form and give it to your server. To enroll, you must have a valid address and be 13 years of age or older. Beto’s® Reward Points Program is not directed to or intended to be used by children under the age of 13. Account transfers and address changes may be made in writing with necessary supporting documentation.

3. You will be awarded (1) base point for every dollar purchased. Dollar amount will be rounded down.  Points will not be issued for tax or tip. Some restrictions on alcohol purchases may apply based on local laws. A Beto’s® Reward Points receipt will be printed on the bottom of your check and will serve as confirmation that the points were credited to your account. Unfortunately, sometimes our computer system may experience some downtime so your receipt may not be totally accurate. These errors are never malicious.

4. Points may be earned only by the Beto’s® Reward Points cardholder who pays the check. Beto’s® Reward Points will not be issued on the purchase of gift certificates/cards but if the recipient is a cardholder, points will be issued upon gift certificate/card redemption.

5. Here's the important stuff: 250 Beto’s® Reward Points will automatically earn you a $15 Beto’s® credit on your reward card. Credit may used on your next visit. The reward points will automatically be deducted from your account. Beto’s® Reward Points awards are non-transferable and must be exchanged for the selected prize.  Because we are so nice, you earn DOUBLE points on Monday Night Football (5pm to 10pm) and TRIPLE points on the calendar week of your birthday.  Birthday field must be completed on entry form at time of entry to receive Birthday bonus points.  Max two visits per day per card.  A maximum of 200 points will be awarded per day.

6. Beto’s® reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate the Beto’s® Reward Points program, to change, add or delete Beto’s ® Reward Points Network partners, and to alter, limit, modify or add to the Beto’s ® Reward Points program rules, regulations terms and conditions, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in point values, rewards, and reward levels, all without prior notice, at any time. 7. Except where required by law or provided for in the program rules, Beto’s® Reward Points have no cash value. Points are surrendered for award redemption only.

8. Beto’s® reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and/or void all or a portion of a member's point balance if the points have been issued, received or redeemed through computer error, fraud or theft, through illegal means or in a manner not authorized in the Official Rules & Conditions or in other current Beto’s® Reward Points program rules. These rights are in addition to any other legal or equitable remedy which may be available to the Beto’s® Reward Points program under applicable law.

9. Employees of Beto’s® Mexican Restaurant, its franchisees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate families of each are not eligible.
